Boosey's Blinder!

RYMAN PREMIER DIVISION
Att: 710

SUTTON UNITED - 4   [Fowler 19. Nurse 39. Boosey 73. Gray 79]
KINGSTONIAN - 1  [Beard 48]

Ah, it’s the Easter break. And what a busy little period this is going to be. Not only have we got both K’s and the Scummers to play inside 72 hours, we’ve also got some serious drinking to do. Still, what can we say. We didn't choose the crap Non-League life, the crap Non-League life chose us...

It's So Threesy!

SURREY SENIOR CUP 5th ROUND
Att: 529

KINGSTONIAN - 1    [Browne 75]
SUTTON UNITED - 3   [Akuamouah 18. Bailey 27. Nurse 76]

The U’s rolled into Kingsmeadow last night on the latest leg of their ‘Score 3 and bugger off’ tour (Anyone from a big mobile phone company reading?? Marketing opportunity ahoy!) and er…..promptly scored three again and buggered off. Well, if the truth be known, maybe it was a bit more complex than that. But not much.

Hanlan Hits 'Em Where It Hurts

RYMAN PREMIER DIVISION
Att: 782

KINGSTONIAN - 1    [Beard 58]
SUTTON UNITED - 2    [Bailey 57. Hanlan 82]

Already having battled like buggery on the park to get our points haul so far, the last thing you need this early in the season is a game that comes into the ‘local derby’ catagory.

When Scotty Went Up...

SURREY SENIOR CUP FINAL
Att: 775

KINGSTONIAN - 1 [Steele 90]
SUTTON UNITED - 2 [Palmer 25. Watson 46]

“….to lift the Surrey Cup, we were there, we were there!”

Two Big Twats

RYMAN PREMIER DIVISION
Att: 902

KINGSTONIAN - 2   [Sills 7.19]
SUTTON UNITED - 1   [Bolt 25]

With the U’s now firmly into one of their little ‘slumps’ (one win in the last 6) we’ve come to expect these days and our hopes of silverware now whittled down to just the Surrey Cup, a return to winning ways against our old friends by the Thames would be a welcome boost. Sadly, our sporting nature once again got in the way and we found ourselves again facing an early 2 goal defecit to make up. Not good, not good at all.

Honours Even

RYMAN PREMIER DIVISION
Att: 821

SUTTON UNITED - 1   [Gonsalves 34]
KINGSTONIAN - 1 [Wingfield 45]

After the excitement of Tuesday’s rousing comeback, what better to bring you all back to earth but a disappointing local encounter?

He's Not Kingston Anymore

RYMAN PREMIER DIVISION
Att: 762

KINGSTONIAN - 1  [Sills 43]
SUTTON UNITED - 1 [Akuamouah 86]

Typical, you wait months for your Ryman League designated ‘derby’ fixture and then 2 come along in the space of 8 days. Oooooh the excitement. In fact we’re almost whipped into a frenzy of anticipation for this return fixture after the enthralling 0-0 draw at GGL on Easter Monday.

Blank Holiday Monday

RYMAN PREMIER DIVISION
Att: 949

SUTTON UNITED - 0
KINGSTONIAN - 0

The U’s made it 4 and a half games without a goal with their (surprisingly) first 0-0 draw of the season against near neighbours Kingstonian at Gander Green Lane on Monday. Which if you’d asked, we could’ve told you in advance it would happen. ‘Cos we’d decided as much over pints on Saturday night.

A Night Of Shame

FA TROPHY SEMI-FINAL 2nd Leg
Att: 2309

Kingstonian - 6 [Luckett 12, 40, Simba 51, 64, Wingfield 70, Pitcher 85]
Sutton United - 0

Fucking hell. Well, where do you start? The match report on K’s Web described this as "The most amazing 90 minutes" in their history.

90 Down, 90 To Go

FA TROPHY SEMI-FINAL 1st Leg
Att: 2384

Sutton United – 1   [Winston 4]
Kingstonian – 1   [Harris 78]

Well, we’d waited all week for it and when it arrived, we spent most of it shitting ourselves. We're a strange bunch eh?

Ross The Boss

NATIONWIDE CONFERENCE
Att: 1527

KINGSTONAIN – 4  [Wingfield 5, 87 Crossley 47, Leworthy 85]
SUTTON UNITED – 2   [Winston 3, 30]

So another saturday afternoon and another defeat. This time though, we’re really in the shit.

Welcome Back To Reality

NATIONWIDE CONFERENCE
Att: 1422

Sutton United - 2    [Dack 69, Winston 90]
Kingstonian - 2     [O.G.16, O.G. 64]

We’d been waiting for this one. The so called ‘local derby’ between 'big rivals’ K’s and Sutton.
