SUTTON UNITED - 0
EASTLEIGH - 3 [S.Forbes 7. A.Forbes 26. Town 72]
After the less than stunning performance from the U's at Histon to herald the arrival of our new management team, we were hoping that 7 more days and 2 more training sessions would help towards getting something from their first home game in charge.

A New Era Dawns......D’Oh!
CONFERENCE SOUTH
18th MARCH 2006 Att : 409
HISTON- 3 [Bloke. Geezer. Fella]
SUTTON UNITED - 0
Without an away win since the end of August, we'd normally recieve a fairly long trip as the one to Histon with resignation of another pretty straightforward defeat during which the home 'keeper has to take half a pack of pro-plus such is the number of times we manage to trouble him.

Flattery Gets U’s Nowhere
NATIONWIDE SOUTH
Att : 668
SUTTON UNITED - 0
WEYMOUTH - 3 [Wilkinson 41. Clarke 43. Nade 68]
Way way back in the mists of time (well, the end of October to be precise) we made our customary drunken weekend visit to the seaside town of Weymouth. Then, what seems a lifetime ago, Sutton were a good side and unbelievably travelled to the title favourites down in Dorset actually sitting atop the division! Naturally, it all went down the pan from there and despite a battling display, mistakes cost us dear and we went down 3-1. A scoreline that slightly flattered our hosts somewhat.

Rooks Rule Roost Again
CONFERENCE SOUTH
Att : 305
LEWES - 2 Beckford (4). Sigere (90).
SUTTON UNITED - 0
One of the darkest moments of a frankly dreadful campaign so far was the 5-1 home defeat to Lewes back in November. 1 down in under 60 seconds, the night got progressively worse from there and Lewis Gonsalves last minute scrambled header was the single bright spot in what was a pretty tortuous 90 minutes.

SUTTON UNITED - 1 [Gray p89]
BISHOPS STORTFORD - 1 [Morison 50]
Bishops Stortford. One of those clubs we've been knocking heads with for years now, yet in recent years, meetings between the 2 sides have hardly set the world alight. The most common outcome has been a draw. With one season, 4 meetings producing 4 draws, with Stortford coming out on top in one of those, a cup replay, only by virtue of a penalty shoot out.
